Marvelous Mama Monday

I almost forgot to post about my choice for Monday's Marvelous Mom! This week, I am going to put the spotlight on a person who I really wanted to name last week, but forgot.

This mom is the kind of woman you would love to hate...but simply cannot. She is drop dead gorgeous. Seriously, people. She makes Angelina Jolie look like a third world country hag. Yet, she is just as real and good hearted as they come.

She is a mother of five, all under 9 years. She home schools, which I find absolutely amazing! She always has a sunny outlook on life, a contagious smile on her face and a heart of pure gold. I've known her for over 13 years, so I can easily attest to these things! What's more, she's always cooking up these crazy schemes and ideas, like me. My husband calls us Lucy and Ethel...hee hee! She's so much fun, a fabulous mommy and a devout Christian.

Her name is Bridget and she is the author of Don't Blink, a blog that shares the ups and downs of having a large, home schooled family. Bridget recently learned that her most recent baby would indeed be the last. Her body, much like mine, has had enough. Her spirit, however, is an indestructible source of inspiration to me, on a daily basis. I love her dearly and am proud to call her my friend! Please go visit her blog and show some love!
