We are back from the emergency room. Everything is fine. Nobody lost a toe and it was not a bite. It was an infection, however, from who knows what. The doctor drained Ella's toe and gave her some antibiotics. Then we went to get her a pack of gum, as promised, for being such a good little patient.
We got home and went back to bed to catch up on some lost sleep. Dad has poker night tonight and I have to be able to stay awake with the children. Here is a little video clip of Miss Ella and the famous hurty toe:

FYI-the video cuts off after a few seconds...BUT...I am glad to see dear little Ella feeling better!

For some reason, I cannot obtain access to your blog or the supernanny blog. Is there a reason that I am being blocked?? I don't know why you would do this when I can obtain access from another computer.

Oooh...glad it was nothing major...but still OUCH! I'm sure the antibiotics will have her feeling better in no time!

Hey, Kadi, I was unable to get onto your blog for a couple of days! It just wouldn't come up! Anyway, poor Miss Ella! Seth had an infected finger like that once- it puffed and blistered up like that all of the sudden too!!

I had an infected finger just like that... needed draining and antibiotics. Never knew where I got it from.
Miss Ella has a warm place in my heart. Marlie has the distinction of being the oldest in the family. But poor little Ella must get lost in the middle of all those boys.
Do they know you by name at the ER yet...lol???
